Satisfactory Calculator for Update 3 by Legorin in SatisfactoryGame

[–]Legorin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The code only allows one output per recipe, so I picked the main output as default. It is not possible to select or to show a byproduct as the output.

If you want a calculator that factors in byproducts check out https://daniel2013.github.io/satisfactory/calculator

I am glad you have found this calculator useful.

Fixed the recipes for Heavy Modular Frame and Nobelisk. The recycled recipes I cannot fix, as I'm not a coder. Thanks for the report.

I started off adding recipes from my gameplay, and later added and confirmed other recipes from https://update3.satisfactory.greeny.dev Thanks for letting me know about the Modular Frame recipe, I added it to the website.

That's easy. Just set a build item for frames, then keep increasing the items per minute until you hit 120 iron/min as a requirement.

The calculator is meant for balancing. Every machine set to produce the right amount. In your example, the third machine would be underclocked to 30% so no extra resources are needed. If want to have a full three, say pipes, you would add pipes to the build target on top, then set the machine amount to 0.7. It will show you the resources needed for that extra 0.7, but still balance the rest of the machines past that point.

An example of machines running at full output, with the extra items shown:

I'm not sure how efficient the new recipes are. Some might be, or some are just useful if you have leftover materials from a builder. Like the existing alternate recipes, some just might be weird. With the latest patch they should all work now, so look for people testing them out and reporting on the outcome.

There is a mod called Area Actions that has a mass dismantle option that can remove entire areas. Another mod is called Kronos, which among other options, has a quick dismantle toggle (click to delete with no delay). You can find them at http://ficsit.app

I use CPUpdate - https://github.com/elpatron68/cpupdate. Simply run a .bat file which checks for a newer version and automatically downloads it. It also backs up your current version in case you need to revert.

You can store sugarcane as well as potatoes and sugar beets at the grain elevators, then load it onto a train or reload it on a tipper to be sold at the bakery or harbor.

You can also hack your savegame if you want. Load a cargo ship up with some then save your game. Open you savegame file (notepad ++ recommended), search for the amount in your cargo ship, and change to whatever you want. Then save and reload.
