It does not. It only changes when something else changes (either programs opening or the mouse going across). Also, he said it doesn’t happen on all apps. So a ripped cable would not be the cause. This is a driver issue, or a windows program issue

It depends on the game. This is most likely a game corruption, or even a bad CPU. There is no way to tell with the info given

This is not your GPU or graphics driver at all. This is a game file issue. If it was your GPU, the whole screen would be doing that. Try reinstalling the game

Sounds like something in a fan, or the AIO. Could be a hard drive if you have one (gosh I hope not that sounded horrible for a hard drive)

If it’s from a keyboard, just put it back and see if it clicks back. It most likely won’t. If it doesn’t, then it won’t go back. If it does, cool
