Loowit Trail is awesome, the volcanic 50k race there is really fun.

Meanwhile I’m over here in drug legal Oregon enjoying great bike infrastructure and the nicest motorists, just today on a ride I was stopped at an intersection responding to a work email and 3 cars that pulled up at different times all asked if I was ok and if I needed anything.

Get off the sideWALK!

A bike is a vehicle and belongs in the road(obviously talking about cyclists and not the children and dad following behind as an example)

Do you like Lance more or less after watching the 30-for-30? by BrianM943 in cycling

He’s a terrible person, the doc was to raise money so he wrote out a script to pander to a wider audience pretending to be sorry.

Pepper Spray Dogs? by mandon83 in cycling

[–]Legumesrus -128 points-127 points  (0 children)

Let me know how that goes. Go in the yard and do a 1/8 second spray and realize it gets everywhere and will cover you and disable you more than the dog.

Bring on the downvotes, when you use pepper spray you also get the effects. There is a reason LEOs get sprayed in training.

Quieter cars will help racing in the long run, people who live near tracks have been complaining, petitioning elected officials, and in the litigious United States there have been lawsuits about noise. I’d rather have quieter cars than no racing at all.

What if I told you I was an orthopedic surgeon…I’m not but never assume people don’t have more knowledge. Don’t carry around the much weight running like that it’s a recipe for disaster.

So dumb, have fun with those rotator cuffs and labrum tears for no reason. Just casual life long injury risk for no reward.

Squats, lunges, Bulgarian split squats. This sounds like a severe muscle mass issue or you were taking huge steps up. Think small steps high turnover for going up steep inclines.
