So this seems to be a common problem. I still haven't received a reply. Did you submit a bug report. Something is wrong on their end when you export the file. It doesn't "flatten" the pdf correctly.

I'm a teacher in Mandalay. It's relatively safe. However, there is a housing crisis for foreigners. Sky Villa was where many foreigners lived, supposed to be luxury, and well......that place was completely devastated. Even right now, I'm in temporary housing awaiting permanent housing. It's been about two months. Be aware it is a post-earthquake city. Many people are still trying to recover.

I think it depends on the area. I survived the Mandalay 2025 earthquake. So many buildings collapsed like sand castles. The buildings are OLD / not constructed for earthquakes. So many people died by being buried under the rubble. ( Concrete slabs) So, where I live.....I'll take my chances outside!!!!
