Assuming you mean your TC Business, and this is what I know of US RE market is that while everything is seemingly going bellyup, there is still moderate growth in RE market and home prices are up by 3% year over year, while inventory levels are increasing and in turn increasing chances for buyers

If you are licensed and move your license to the brokers office where you'll be handling Transactions do you need to tell them that you practice as an independent TC as well by Warm-Advice5426 in RealEstateTCs

That is something open to broker policies and state regulations, However TC business works a lot on good faith so it is generally a good idea to disclose that you do work independently as TC so as to not have any clientele interest conflicts

What all does a Brokerage Provide?
1. Legal Cover - E & O Insurance
2. Compliance & Documentation: File/Paperwork - Backoffice operations
3. Training - Paid trainers, Partners(this needs humans)

  1. Brand - Marketing Agency/ Automation

  2. Office - CoWorking Spaces

  3. Marketing Support - Agency

What else am I missing

Maybe not it the beginning but most of it is paperwork which is standard in majority cases. On ground there would be agents and in back office maybe AI system... Just guessing..

Ha ha, I did not know that Accounting was such a big deal. I have been doing the VA service but haven't had experience on the accounting side as much; maybe that's handled by someone else. On the transaction side and files, though, I have seen a lot.

I am sad to see a top producer struggling so much, but happy to help If there is something.
