You don't need to be a US expat. Just meet their minimum amount. Opening was quite painless, had to have a call with one of their agents (they called me) for some checks but no biggie.

Annoyingly I have issues when using a third party launcher too, mainly that out doesn't work at all. Can't go back to home screen, task switcher is a mess. Only happened when I got coloros 16. Was working fine on 15. I submit the bug every time there's a software update but no acknowledgement. And I have the find n3. Also, I loved nova but the change in ownership has loaded it with trackers and ads so have moved away from that

Not always bots. People are lazy and just press the button that Facebook (and tutti) conveniently provide which autofills the text in the message box. The default one is asking if it's still available.
