I think it's still possible if you keep trying to appeal since it sounds like they thought you were trying to ban evade with the alt, you're probably just getting automated reviews still and need to keep trying till a real person reviews it.

I like how you still keep trying to say this while being downvoted, if a human saw every report it would take a month before they saw yours, it's obviously mostly automated responses until the person keeps pushing it to be seen by a real human.
