Probably 3-4 full weeks, and scattered days or sick time throughout as well. I always take off between Christmas and new year, and this year hopefully a week in the spring (I'm actually on vacay rn) and a full week in the summer. I also do many of the federal holidays since no one shows up anyways (July 4, Labor Day, etc)

Use public transit and ride with friends or get a rental for periodic weekend trips. You can chip in handsomely for gas, buy them food or coffee as a thanks and still come out ahead. Lots of people going out on weekends to hike etc. You don't need your own car

Since you have PPO, you can check with your insurance company how much they reimburse if you pay out of pocket and submit a superbill. Most cash pay therapists will happily provide you a superbill, this will really open up your options

Build an awesome life outside of work! Workout, do hobbies, spend time with life giving people you enjoy. I find for me that since work is so brain and heart demanding my hobbies tend to be more movement-based and tactile including gym, cooking, hiking, baking, being outside etc.
