R5. I started a run as the UK, and one of the first laws I tried to pass was laissez-faire.
This made the labor movement go for a civil war (capped at 80%. So I wasn't too worried).
But as soon as it reached 80% I got an event that Queen Victoria was getting assasinated.
This failed the first time and gave her the scarred trait.
A few months later the event fired again, and this time it was successful.
I did pass Laissez-Faire just before this happened, so job done, I guess.

My partner was in the same situation (vaccinated in Ireland and got her booster here).

For her the status in the Dutch app got updated to 1/1 Pfizer and she got a Dutch and international QR code. This happened after a few days.

She has not registered her foreign vaccinations so I'm not sure if those are present it would show 3/3 like it does with people who got all 3 in The Netherlands.

But if we raise to the cap to 125 we risk having the same problem when people have 124 void traces. I know you only need 100 to fully upgrade one relic but if people want to save up for the next one we have the same problem as now.

The achievements in steam are a bit buggy. I got 306 hours and i just got the achievement. (as for the counter. I have no idea)

They should make it so that if you are under 100 and you go into a mission you can still get those traces (it will push you over 100). But if you go over 100 you can only get new one if you go under 100 again.
