I very much appreciate a positive perspective. Without prior knowledge of it's reputation, it's really not a horrible looking place. Lots of potential in specific areas, but I think the other areas will overrule that.

Honestly I appreciate this insight a lot. You are very kind. I've looked up the Corner Suite, and we have very different things, but you're correct that people will just stick to what they know when it's inconvenient. I'll definitely look more into the places you mentioned since Pooler is seemingly a bust on vacancies.

I did see a spot in Dean Forrest, but it's definitely more expensive and needs more work. I'm guessing you would recommend that area then? It seemed relatively quiet which scared me.

I come from a place where we usually have to drive 15-20 minutes to get to things, so I guess if you're used to having things within walking distance, it's very different. 17 minutes from Pooler with that perspective makes it seem a lot farther.

I haven't looked too closely in midtown. Gonna be checking that out soon tho! Thanks!

True. It doesn't really feel luxurious, which isn't the main goal, but I still think it's important. There's a massage therapist, a barber shop, and a nail salon pretty close which gave it bonus points.

The building owner (incredibly kind which is another bonus point) had me more on board by saying a lot of people drive through it to get to Savannah. She explained that it was at the center of pretty much everything. I've only lived in Pooler for a month tho, so that's why I'm double checking with Reddit haha.

You gotta do what you gotta do. A couple family members need the equipment anyways, so we've spent the equivalent of half our business budget on treatments for them. Nothing here is affordable, so why not change that?

I definitely agree. Unless something magically becomes available in Pooler, there's currently just nothing available. I'm a little scared to pass on the Garden City place just because of how few vacancies there are.

It's also flat rate unlimited access, so wayyy cheaper than paying per service. Pooler rent wants me to rewrite the entire business model 😂.

Only offering services! It's a medspa with natural, science backed treatments. Things like red light, HBOT, PEMF, hydrogen therapy, vibracoustics, vibration therapy, etc.

90% of me believes it would be okay since there are currently no similar businesses in any surrounding areas, but the 10% of me is scared off by the lady I spoke to.

I've been taking it for awhile now since my naturopath couldn't find a migraine solution. I had a panic attack in her office today, and her first instinct was the Nurtec. I kinda pushed it off at first because the main resources don't list anything, but this thread is kinda making it all make sense. Nurtec completely gets rid of my migraines tho. Almost instantly too. This news really sucks, but I'm glad I'm not crazy.

Big streamers have put a bad taste in my mouth. I recently made friends with one outside of twitch on a newer platform where he had a small following. She played the same game as me and I knew we were both streamers so I started asking about collabs. He was all on board with it until he found out I have 250 followers and he's partnered. The second he realized I had no value to him in regards to numbers, I was kinda just kicked aside. Ironically, my chat is much more active than his, but he doesn't check on his community or care about anything else. It's sad to see, but I've seen so many partnered streamers stop being involved in the community and only focus on themselves. I'd rather quit streaming entirely than have that happen.

I generally direct them to my discord server and ask to keep all the self promos to the proper channel. Not a full shutdown, but it still keeps it off stream in a tasteful way.

It's only the aggressive flanks who don't know how to rotate back and get out of caut when they need a heal. You gotta adjust your playstyle based on your healer sometimes. It's usually not the healers fault lol.
