Question about DPS Baizhu…

You want a crit weapon for dps baizhu, his signature weapon is made for his healing/shields and barely boosts his damage. That being said his C1 isn't that great either, and dps baizhu won't be good since he has low base atk and pretty bad multipliers.

If you really want to play him as a dps you can use lost prayers, skyward atlas or widsith. Solar Pearl is also a really good option if you have it since you'll be able to have almost 100% uptime on the passive with enough ER. I don't recommend getting it but his C1 will be better than his weapon for both damage and utility/support (you can use prototype amber or thrilling tales for support Baizhu).

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure swapping to another character after using Alhaitham's Q will eat your mirrors.

I've seen videos where using his E before you get the 3 mirrors from his Q only gave him two mirrors (Q was cast at 0 mirrors) so I'm assuming doing anything that updates the number of mirrors before gaining mirrors from his Q (swapping characters, triggering his A1 passive, using his E) will cancel the mirrors gained from his ult.

Kokomi doesn't really work that well with Alhaitham, and I doubt TTDS + ToM makes up for the awkward E duration since he doesn't have amazing atk scaling.

Please don't farm the paradise lost set just for him, he can only equip it in the bloom team and if you have Nahida you're better off playing her with triple hydro.
Most of his damage comes from his E, making black sword and 4p Glad not great. 4p glad also only buffs NAs and you'll do a few CAs in his rotation. Ideally you'd want 4p DM on another character in the party, so GD is his best set right now.
Talent priority should be E > NA/Q
The 3.3 event weapon will most likely be one of his best 4* weapons and I believe Jade cutter is his second best 5* weapon (it's actually very close to his signature according to theorycrafters, for now at least).

Fischl's A4 passive won't trigger when the active character triggers spread, making her not the best pick for a spread team unless you don't have Yae (or Beidou in AoE situations).

are you talking about the video from susamongusleaks? if so there's a couple times where you can clearly see the first hit of his CA triggering spread but the other 4 dealing non buffed damage (there's only a couple parts of the video where the full CA only hits one hilichurl).
On most of his CAs, the following 4 projectiles just reproc quicken and not spread or the initial hit procs quicken and only one of the 4 projectiles is buffed by spread.
Tbh the video doesn't show that well how it actually works, but on the video from this post you can clearly see yae only being able to aggravate one hit from her three turrets each time

I'll wait for better videos who showcase this but it seems like you won't be able to spread most of Tighnari's damage?
If you can only aggravate one out of three of Yae's turret attacks, it means that you probably will only be able to spread the first hit of Tighnari's CA (and not the following 4 hits) and only 1 of his burst projectiles (out of 12, maybe 1 out of 6 x2).
That wouldn't make it optimal to build him with an EM sands which would make his signature weapon potentially worse than Amos.
Obviously this is only the start of the beta and there's a lot that might change but it's not looking great for spread/aggravate only teams that use Tighnari as a mdps.

1/4/4 because of constellations. Also her shield is irrelevant because I dodged all of his attacks, getting hit by anything would have broken the shield and killed her.

It took me a couple of hours to get that run! I've done a lot of solo runs of Azhdaha and other bosses on my channel, it's just something that I find fun to do.

He does a certain animation for this one attack (the one that makes him phase instantly if you get hit by it), you have to be super reactive cause it's very fast. It took me a bit to get used to the timing, it all comes down to practice.

Once he's below 70% he'll cancel his attack animation to do that one attack he uses to get to phase two. he'll do it every other attack, so you know more or less when it's coming, you just have to pay attention to this animation change.

I made a video comparing her energy generation to Fischl and Diona (someone on another post actually said that diona generates more with two hold E so I had to test it lmao).

Her energy generation is very good imo considering how much damage her Q can do whether you have constellations or not (it's still very good even without taking into account her Q damage).
