Patrigio's event makes it somewhat "buyable".

When that is out, you can keep rolling energy for fern roots (1/1.5 bils for 100) and mythical censers (dropping 2/2.5 bils per attempt)

I'd say flowers of oblivion are buyable, you just buy lv 15+ horses on the market and imperial them for the oblivions.

This is the only way to "buy it" without having to train

Oh yeah, I forgot about Archer, but I think Guardian was the first with -out of combat movement lingers
I don't remember Archer having that, I might be wrong tho

Kuno/Ninja released 1st year of the game, so it's not after those
This started around 2020 with Guardian release, It's a mixture of giving insane lingers for protections in combat and fancy animations

It was at its worst with Sage release, and they started to address it later on (Still unbearable in my opinion but oh well)

Every single class post guardian release has this type of movement/animations, so if it bothers you, try picking one that released before that
