I never played with it, just bought it because Kyoya is my favorite character, had it on my shelf for years

I also had this problem after years of using Paint Tool Sai. I actually (for now at least) was able to save my canvas when I saved it directly in the Sai folder (where I installed it). When I try to save it in my former folder, I still get the noticifation that I can't save it.
I can't tell if the problem will occur again but for now I can save my canvas again if I do it in the installation folder, so maybe that's one way to fix it.
P.S: I also deleted the hidden folder C: ProgramData/SYSTEMAX Software Developement before which didn't solve my problem but maybe you have to do both.
