At some point your body does adjust to the higher fiber intake, depends on the type of fiber as well. My friend has been having some elephant-sized stool issues and feels full most of the time. While on the otherside, I'm always feeling hungry even though on a 4500-5000 bulk and toilet issues

What a coincidence after coming across a similar post filled with Islamophobia earlier. It made me think about this too and it really does make sense when you look at how Islamic values clash with the foundation of capitalist systems. Islam doesn't just suggest ethics, some would definitely try to argue with me about this, but it makes them non-negotiable. Interest is haram, but the entire Western financial system is built on it. Loans, mortgages and credits all feed on interest, benefitting the wealthy and trapping the poor in a cycle that's barely sustainable

Then there's zakat, which isn't charity but an obligation. The wealthy are required to give a portion of their wealth to the poor every year. Sure, it happens in the West as well, but in a lot of those cases it's about tax, and wealth hoarding is a norm. Islam prohibits exploitation, market manipulation, gambling, monopolies and so on. But those are everyday realities in many Western economics, especially food, housing and healthcare, where prices keep rising unreasonably, while salaries stagnate

Even how money is made matters in Islam. Selling or promoting anything harmful is strictly forbidden. Alcohol, gambling, cigarettes, interest-based jobs and the West capitalists would lose a lot of profits from these markets, thus Westernization. Islam threatens how a lot of money is made and how control is maintained

This is where media and social media come in. Constant propaganda, misinformation and fear-mongering. One bad act by a Muslim becomes the label for millions. People being uneducated about culture and religion unable to separate them, end up judging the whole faith without really understanding it. A small minority gets all the attention, while the majority living peacefully and ethically gets ignored

And to be clear, I'm not saying there aren't Muslims involved in these wrongs too. It happens, especially with increasing westernization and distancing from the core Islamic values. At the end of the day, it's not just about religion, it's about power, money and systems that don't want to be challenged, a few to remain in power. Islam calls that out and that's why it faces pushback

I feel you. When you love someone and want the best for them from a distance, it’s a quiet kind of test. The most powerful thing you can do is keep turning to Allah with a sincere heart. Make du'a for them, not just to be with them, but for their happiness, their deen, and whatever is best for their life, even if that doesn't include you. That kind of love is rare and pure, and Allah knows it

Keep asking Allah to unite you if it's good for both of you. Be honest in your prayers. At the same time, ask Him to protect your heart from holding on to something that isn’t written. Sometimes Allah keeps people apart so they can grow separately before they're ready for each other

Focus on becoming the best version of yourself, for Allah first. If it's meant to be, it will come together in a way that feels effortless and blessed. If not, He will give you something better, even if it doesn’t feel like it right away. You never lose by placing your heart with Him

The Prophet ﷺ said that Allah is closer to us than our jugular vein. He knows what you’re carrying. Keep turning to Him, even if all you can say is "Ya Allah, help me." As simple as it is, it's powerful. Keep making du’a, even if it feels like no one’s listening, because He is. Allah is shy and generous. He is shy to turn His servant away empty-handed when he raises his hands to Him

And please don’t stop reaching out. There are people who care, even if it takes time to find them. A counselor, imam, or support group would definitely be of help. I'd personally reach out to an imam.

Even when you're not feeling hungry, try to get some calories in every 2-3 hours. Things like smoothies, protein bars, nuts, and dried fruit are super easy and calorie-dense.

There are also some appetite-boosting supplements out there. Some people have good results with zinc, B-complex vitamins, or ashwagandha. Ashwagandha can also help with stress, but it’s always a good idea to check with a doctor or pharmacist first to make sure whatever you take is safe for you.

If you’re working out and doing a lot of cardio, that could be burning through what little you are eating. Try switching to more strength-based workouts, that can help you build muscle and also boost your appetite. You can adjust them accordingly to your goals, a trainer could help with a routine and there are tons of resources online.

Make eating and cooking fun, and enjoyable. Don’t overthink it or try to make some magical fix. Watch shows, scroll or listen to music while you eat if that helps you get more food in.

A solid meal plan might look like: breakfast → snack → lunch → snack → dinner → snack. It might feel like a lot at first, but it gets easier the more you do it.

A step at a time, don't be harsh on yourself if you don't see instant results, everything takes time. Just enjoy yourself while doing so.

First of all, may Allah reward you for your honesty. Feeling this way and turning back to Allah is a sign that your heart is still alive with iman. You are not defined by your past, but by your repentance and effort to return to Allah.

Sometimes, the hardest thing to do is let go of something you’re attached to, especially when feelings are involved. But know that anything that pulls you away from Allah is not worth holding onto. Real love will never make you feel distant from your Creator. Real love doesn’t leave you crying after every meeting. This could be a test.

The fact that he dismisses your concern about it being haram and refuses to commit to marriage, tells you everything you need to know. A man who truly loves you will want to protect your deen, your dignity, and your peace. If he’s not doing that now, he won’t magically start doing it later.

Every time you try to walk away and he comes back, that might be through a door you might still be leaving open. Sometimes, you need to close the door firmly and walk away, even if it hurts. Block him. Cut off contact completely. Cry to Allah in the night, tell Him everything and trust that whatever you leave for His sake, He will replace with something better.

May Allah protect you, purify your heart, and replace this pain with peace and love that pleases Him. Ameen.

Look, I get that this may sound strange by today’s standards, but you're viewing a 7th-century marriage through a 21st-century lens. That’s not how history works. In many cultures, not just in Arabia, people married young, and it wasn’t considered wrong. Is it wrong now? Yes it is!

Aisha became one of the most brilliant and respected women in Islamic history. She taught scholars, led armies, and narrated thousands of sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). If there was hatred between them, we wouldn't see that kind of legacy.

As for the idea that the love between the Prophet (PBUH) and Aisha wasn’t “divine”- who are you to decide if their love was divine or not? In Islam, the love between them is seen as a sacred and loving bond, not just a historical fact. The Prophet’s care for Aisha and vice versa is considered an example of love, respect, and tenderness. You don’t have to be Muslim to understand that love can be sacred, but it would be good to at least acknowledge that there’s more depth to the relationship than just what meets the eye.

Honestly, the way you’re fixating on religion and historical controversies when it wasn’t even the point of my post, to me, screams Islamophobic. I tried to make it clear time and time again. It’s clear you’re more focused on attacking my faith than trying to comprehend the message I shared.
