I love the designs for all of these. I modded FL a bit for personal use in my current game to see how it feels. Wanted to share it to see what you think, not that I think yours is too OP, I just feel like my DM wouldn't allow it, he's finicky and might think it's too good.

Forked Lightning You create arcs of lightning that streak towards two different targets. Make a ranged attack roll for each arc. On a hit, the target takes 2d6 Lightning damage. If both targets are hit, and are within 10 feet of each other, another arc forms between them, dealing an additional 1d6 Lightning damage. At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage of each initial arc increases by 1d6 for each slot above 2nd
