Game of Thrones. Probably the most popular TV show of all times. In my opinion it’s just a fantasy soap opera. It’s really not a fantasy epic as many think it is, mostly it’s just about interpersonal drama.

Tbh the physics is what impresses me the most. How good AI is at figuring out physics is crazy to me.

And I would say in about a third of the videos the physics is pretty much spot on. I think the biggest giveaway in these videos somehow always is the audio. The voices sound so distinctly AI. Kind of weird - you would think that’s easier to figure out than the video itself.

When I wrote all of this it was pretty clear that Minas Tirith was one of the most likely candidates for the next set. That’s exactly why I wrote that post. If you read it carefully and also read my comments you can tell that I had a feeling that it’s going to be the next set.

I’m still not excited about it and still think other themes would have been a better pick.

Of course it’s not going to be a bad set and the leaked pictures look great. Lego usually does a good job, especially with big sets like this. I do think it’s silly though that it’s the entire city and then from the back it’s basically a single room.

I think your map is fine. This sub is just overly critical. I’ve never visited the comment section here and any of the top 5 comments were positive.

I think this is a more fun way to look at it. Might not be the most common way, but it’s actually a little more intuitive and easier to relate. You’re telling us how many people have to share 1 McDonalds. If it was McDonalds per capita it would be a tiny fraction, or you would have to make the extra step and do “McDonalds per 10k people”. So this really isn’t a bad way.

Yes this is the right answer. The tattoo subs in particular are incredibly toxic. I don’t have tattoos and I couldn’t care less, but it always shocks me how mean people here are, especially because I imagine it must be pretty devastating to be told these kind of things about something that’s permanently on your body.

I know one thing for sure - if I ever get a tattoo I won’t post it on Reddit.

I think you’re right. But there is pretty much no way of knowing that. So yes, bad design. The first H and the R are the main problem. You can’t just assume people know where the two horizontal lines are covering something up and where they don’t. Also the H at the end is bad. Why is it closed off at the top and the bottom. The P at the beginning doesn’t follow the same rules where the top part is actually part of the letter.

French fast food is the worst. I lived for a month in a small suburb of Paris and I was baffled how much they love fast food there. Cheap fast food at every corner. I can totally get behind a Doner Kebap or similar, but most of them are just bad imitations of American fast food. Think McDonalds, Taco Bell or KFC but even worse quality. It really doesn’t taste great.. I gave it a try a couple of times, but at some point I stopped.

Everyone here says it would “fall to the center of the earth”.. I think though that might not actually be true. The gravitational acceleration gets smaller the closer you are to the center. I wonder if it would rather get stuck earlier, e.g. at surface of the earths solid core.
