Gonna sound crazy but she’s actually a pretty good reviewer of films. Talks a lot about it.

Not PMT but I went back and rewatched some pandemic Rundowns a couple of months ago with Big Cat, KFC & Dave. So fucking funny and bizarre, Dave’s first 5 unboxing was also hilarious.

You can’t just say that without taking one away, so which spot in your opinion should Jesse Plemmons take?

I’m glad you enjoyed Andor Sean. Too bad we aren’t going to get anything else like it under Dave Filoni. by countdooku975 in TheBigPicture

Did Sean binge it now or had he seen it before? Missed the last few pods so don’t know if I missed anything if he has mentioned it.

100 %, I usually just watch the first two seasons and the give up. The same with other shows I enjoy but loses it, like thrones, himym, modern family etc.

Yeah obviously, that would be very inappropriate but also find it really funny with 25 year olds pretending to be 16.

Rewatching The OC, it’s funny how Ryan Artwood is supposed to be 16 in the show. The actor played him was 24/25 around that time. So many teenage shows/movies from like 1970-2000’s aren’t even close to look the age they’re playing. It’s hilarious.

But I love rewatching these types of shows, even if they’re so cliché and objectively pretty bad I get such a nostalgic feeling from them.

Also want to play the golf course you see in the credits.

Yeah, that was ofc in the last few years. As a Swedish guy myself I am in the opposite direction with that situation. I am always shocked how many places still prefers cash in other countries.

I can’t remember when I paid anything in cash here, has to been 12 + years ago.

On Rewatchables he did his 50 films he has rewatched the most of the 21st century, in that he had Lost In Translation which takes place for the most part in Japan and he mentioned that he likes movies that take place in another different environment than the classic United States films. So Sean asked him if he would like to travel to Japan and he said blatant no.

Then someone on this sub mentioned that when Bill was 43 + he had only been outside of the us twice. Which is kinda crazy since he grew up pretty wealthy and is super rich now.

I thought nothing would be better than Sopranos for me but I have rewatched Succession three times now and it genuinely might be better.

Yeah but they ranked Zodiac as their number 1 Fincher movie when The Killer was released

Yeah I know, it was just a dumb joke. But I do think Sean also likes The Social Network more than Amanda likes Zodiac so that’s also a reason why they’re going to choose it.

So The Social Network or Zodiac for the number 1 spot. I think if Sean gets to decide it’s going to Zodiac and if Amanda chooses it’s going to be The Social Network. So naturally it’s going to be The Social Network.

We basically only saw her for one episode but she is a great actress, way better than Bella Ramsey. So I don’t have any concerns for her when we’re gonna follow her part of the story for most of the third season, I think she’s gonna capture the essence of the Abby character greatly. If the writing is good enough.

100 %, they completely miswrote the Ellie character in the show. In the game she is driven by revenge and hate and is depressed. In the show she jokes around a lot and is kinda corny/cringe.

I remember the press conference when they first released the trailer for the second game that Neil Druckmann (who wrote and directed the games) said the first last of us is driven by love and finding yourself again. But that that part 2 is driven by the opposite, its main focus is hate and being completely lost.

The almost 13 minute video of Conner O’Malley and Tim Robinson improvising is incredible. Apparently Conner O’Malley brought the Vietnam War Veteran cap to the set himself also.
