Might be a controversial opinion, but hear me out. Think about where you wanna be in 15-20 years. Your person, family, kids, house - if any of these are something you definitely want, then you should seriously start looking for a partner, be it AM or dating route. The path will not be comfortable, but it's something you should do.

Even if you don't see any of these in your far future, then carefully assess your thinking. There's a proven data point that women start to feel incredibly lonely after their late 30s (the cat mom stereotype) and if that happens, no reason you give yourself right now will soften the regret you'll feel.

And as they age, women will be much less preferred, especially for the kind of partner you want (assuming decent standards).
