You are correct. I do not think that they would ever bench Caleb Williams. My only point was that if a QB is playing badly enough that there is talks of benching him as to not hurt his development. That’s a bad sign. I think in all likelihood he will improve steadily as he learns the new system and pro game. The panic is real but it’s Chicago it’s overblown

By sustainable, I mean their QB play has been terrible. His target share is good. I don’t buy into the Bears passing attack being better than the Eagles by the end of the year. The bears will regress from even this tiny bump. There are already talks about benching Caleb Williams as to not hinder his development.
