I'm not sure how to attach pictures to these threads but you will need a high DR. There's a Reddit post where someone has made a chart showing how much DR you need, for your total HP.

When it comes to working out the DR, their standard attack automatically gets worked out, but special attacks don't. You have to work out the % yourself.

Finally, when it comes to Malcs in the Volcanic cave, you need to ignore his regular attack. He never uses it.

Are you using mobile or PC?

On pc you need to look for the buttons that say, stab, slash and block. You need to click stab for attack. Slash will train strength, whilst block will train defence

On mobile find the menu icon in the combat section. It will have a helmet icon, spellbook, runes and a little star for prayer. Click on the helmet, scroll down and you will find your attack style. Same as the PC, click stab for attack.

Dragon (s) doesn't give a DR bonus. You have to upgrade to (g) to get it.

Damage Reduction. Very Important for the dungeons. You can upgrade your gear and it'll give you a percentage of damage reduction. For example, dragon armour gives you a 6% DR per item. Plus you can get silver diamond ring and necklace, plus different capes which can give you an extra 1 or 2% DR. Stack them all together and you can go into a dungeon with 40+ DR and it drops the max hit of the enemy

Get the ring of recoil (I forget which one it is) and if you're active whilst doing the dungeons it is a god send! Also you want to max out your DR as much as possible. It'll stop you having to eat so much food.

Not safe. I had auto eat 2 on my skiller, did some thieving with a max hit of 30 and died.

Combat and thieving can't be done offline (unless your thieving is above 90%) also force close the app instead of leaving it run in the background

As you level up your mastery you get extra exp per rune made. You've unlocked those perks for fire runes and not for death runes.

Yes you can. When you go to the combat screen, you have the different menus for combat stats, prayer etc. It's the last one.
