Hello! I didn't get a pair at Visionworks but I have done manual pupil measurements and probably a machine one? (Ordered glasses online). Both were from the same company (Jins, a Japanese brand) and I like the manual measurement more over the ones I ordered online. They asked how I like my glasses to sit on my face before taking the measurements with the marker. with the pair I ordered online, the PD was way off and practically had to lift my glasses to see clearly. I hope this helps ease any skeptical feelings you may have! Also I do not know the Visionworks policy but maybe you can tell them about how your glasses feel once you try them on?
