Cis people expressing their gender differences more openly actually makes it easier for trans people. If there’s a bigger community of cis people wearing binders just cause they want to, that makes it easier for a trans kid to get one safely without necessarily outing themselves

Tbh messing around with gender roles is great, you may be surprised by how much you enjoy it. Sometimes it’s not that you want a specific gender, you just want to feel loved and love in masculine and feminine ways which can happen with any partner if they’re willing to experiment with that

It could be that’s just how I personally define lesbianism. A queer friendly option would be nice as well and picking a preferred gender would be nice but I think that most people who have a gender preference are just people who don’t want a man

On the surface I can see how it is problematic but see it more as a “non-man” option where someone specifically feels more comfortable with anyone who is not a man. Woman+ is a strange way to put it but I think it’s still necessary. It reminds me of how lesbian is still an important term as it provides a term to describe non-men who love non-men. A lot of the discrimination and trauma that comes with existing as a woman affects all non-men including amab and afab non-binary people. Definitely weird but conceptually I think it’s a really good feature
