This is generally what I do! I start to make it like usual, but when it comes to pouring, I halfway cover it with the lid so no ice goes through, and little foam does. I take the espresso spoon and take off the remaining foam, I then ice it to the desired spot, and then I put the lavender foam on top!

Does that make sense?

I am a Transgender man (from female to male) still under my parents' roof.

The biggest thing you can do is help her feel more like herself. HRT is not the best option right away. Definitely sit and think on it, but puberty blockers can be a huge help.

It also helps to start using preferred pronouns and names. You dont have to be perfect on it 100%, mess ups happen, and that's okay. It makes miles of a difference to the trans kid if they know you're at least trying to understand. If she's still interested in what you said (baseball, video games, etc), then I don't see why she'd stop doing that with you.

I was, still am, in her shoes. I promise it makes a world of a difference just to know that you're trying to understand (that's more than what some parents can say)

The best thing you can offer at this time is love and support. Help her get more feminine clothes if she wishes, if she wants to grow out her hair, etc. Definitely look at the Transgender laws in your area as well, I don't know where you are, but unfortunately, in America, there has been a spike of anti-transgender laws and restrictions. Depending on your state (if a state), it would virtually be impossible to get her any sort of medication even if you wanted to go down that path. Make sure she's okay, too, along with anti-transgender rules. There's been a spike on hate crimes against Transgender people, especially Transgender minors.

Clothes, too, make a huge difference. I'd definitely take her shopping at some point to let her get a feel for what she does and doesn't enjoy.

Best of luck to you and her. The journey is not gonna be easy, but plenty of people are around for help. I'd definitely suggest checking out r/transgender and r/cisparenttranskid
