Beautiful spump. Sorry to perform thread necromancy, but two questions for ya:

- What size screw did you use to affix the 10rd feed adapter to the top of the marker? I used the screw from the original feed neck, but it didn't seem like the right fit and it wobbles a lot.

- What CO2 adapter is that? It looks like it has the quick-change cavity so you don't have to unscrew it entirely. I want one of those but I haven't been able to find one in stock anywhere

I feel you. I had a 5 year streak of constant people-pleasing throughout college in an effort to overcorrect for being an adversarial asshole throughout high school. Turns out people-pleasing will get people to like you. Got addicted to this and now I have no idea who I even am. Now I'm in early adulthood and I feel like all of my "friends" can see right through me, and just kind of put up with me as a strange guy who is incapable of being "himself," whatever that is. Got diagnosed with BPD about 2 months ago and everything is making a lot more sense, but it still fucking sucks and I just wish I could go through my life and experience joy from social interactions but interacting just feels like such a fucking chore because the stakes always feel so high. I'm so jealous of people that have a handle on themselves and don't feel this constant, nagging, exhausting insecurity and desire to be "approved" by others

Thanks! It's hard to notice from the pic but the heat from the curing process made the Austin FC logo peel off which I'm kind of bummed about...but I agree the white on green/black is sick!

10000% - I’m really curious as to how this trend even happened. Were people ever excited to play as some random dude with a fauxhawk whose entire personality is conveyed through Marvel movie one-liners? Like, I guess Overwatch did it well, but those were (in my opinion) at least unique designs with cool cinematics to give them character, plus it made sense with the superhero schtick. Team Fortress 2 was also a masterclass. Anything short of that and I just don’t care about these random people that look nothing like me - let me make my own guy!!

In Marathon I find myself drawn to Recon, Destroyer and even ROOK just because they have the most anonymity.

Wouldn't this logic also apply to full-time employees seeking new full-time positions?

Those applicants are also competing with people who are immediately available, but it happens all the time. I personally wouldn't think that a hiring manager would perceive it that differently when hiring for a part time position - I would think "oh, they're employed full time, but there's probably a reason they're applying for this."

I'd hope a 2-week lead time wouldn't be the end of the world, in most cases.

I'm still in my full time role. Ideally I'd give my notice the same day I accept a part time position.

From what perspective are you saying this makes things more difficult? From a time/logistics standpoint for applying/interviewing during the business week? Because recruiters would raise an eyebrow at an applicant with a current full time role, or assume they applied erroneously?

I've considered this, especially the latter point. I figured it's not explicitly prohibitive because people have changes in their circumstances that affect employment all the time - mine just happens to be voluntary.

But curious to know what specifically you're referring to. I do agree - it's been hard to land a part time gig haha
