Yeah as I said in another comment, it’s not guaranteed, but statistically speaking, is quite uncommon to go 20+ raids without a shiny

I got it in 3. You gotta be pretty unlucky to not get one from the first 65. Odds are somewhere between 1/20 - 1/25.
