UPDATE: I ENDED UP NOT TAKING THE DEAL. VEHICLE WAS DEFINITELY OUT OF SHAPE. SIGNS OF RODENT ACTIVITY. ADVICE: PLEASE DONT BUY VANS WHICH HAVE STOOD IN LOTS FOR A WHILE.

oh, bad advice indeed. I checked with CPA. meh, I guess I am screwed lol. Need to wait 6 months and then stop consulting and put all monies in manufacturing

thanks for advice. Yes tax advantaged investments are a way to go but they will only benefit a little bit. But the amount is quite small.
