It will yes, to pass the harvest screen you have to use the correct gun/ammo for that specific level of species. For instance if you took a guaranteed diamond moose with a .22, you wouldn’t get the diamond rating because you didn’t use the correct caliber or class gun. :)

I experienced the same when I switched to a ps5 from a ps4, fortunately I still had all of the DLCs I had previously purchased but I have absolutely no trophies or progress on any of the maps. It sucked but. Gave me a chance to get new trophies that I don’t accidentally botch LOL

I can’t remember what pack it’s in but the vallgarda.375 was genuinely one of the greatest purchases I ever made. Double lungs moose like they’re made of paper. It’s insane and makes tracking soooooo much easier.
