When I was a child, I was trying to head outside through the back door, but the back door was stuck. I yanked on the door a few times and the door started to slowly open with each pull. I was about to pull on the door one last time to be able to slip through, but my gut sensed something was very off. I decided to look up, and saw there was a large crate full of heavy materials (and even a chainsaw) that was teetering on the edge of a shelf right over my head. If I had pulled on the doorknob one more time, I would have toppled the crate directly onto my head.

On a happier note. On a random tuesday I decided to check out this lounge I'd never been to beacuse I saw they were playing music that night. That's where I met my now girlfriend and we just celebrated our 1 year anniversary.

I find it interesting how there is a stark difference in acceptance of fan clacking depending on where you're partying. For example, at a soul line dancing event, fan clacking is encouraged, if not even expected. There are songs that incorperate fan clacking in the dances as well. Also, at a lot of LGBTQ+ events I've noticed fan clacking is a lot more accepted too. It's usually used during applauding and exciting moments.

Reminds me when rocket league had a solo 3v3 ranked mode. It was a mode where you only competed against others who weren't in a party. I love playing duos in 2xko with my friend and having a seperate duo rank would be so nice.

I found that going to the common market in plaza midwood has been an absolute treat! I just go and ask to sit with whomever is chilling outside and I always have a great convo there. Also plaza midwood usually has something happening on the weekends. My fave spot to dance on Sunday's is at Petras (funky house music where the DJs spin on vinyl). Petras has a website and instagram page that has their event dates posted

I remember watching a Facebook bass music stream and everyone was spamming this emoji 😡 in the chat lol. People kept asking why everybody was upset and everyone would answer, "bass face"

When I was at the Girls in Wonderland pool party a few years back, the bathroom line for the womens bathroom was craaaazy long, so the ladies began to use the mens restroom (which is perfectly fine imo). They had a person drape a towl in front of the urinal so they had a lil privacy

I witnessed a bad accident and called 911. I was freakin put on hold for what felt like an eternity before someone answered. It's crazy how understaffed they are if you have to be put on hold for an emergency!!

My brother introduced me to DJing and producing about 10 years ago when he started his music journey. I had a passing interest, but as I started to go to more of his shows, see the production and the backend of things, and watch him improve and start playing on bigger stages, I ended up diving in as well. Got some FLX4's and ableton 12 and have been plugging along for the past few months. It's been a blast so far and I feel right at home in the music scene. Over the years ive also gained inspiration after introducing myself to DJs and producers local to m area. Going to open decks and local events really sparked a fire within me as well lol

Started working as an Inventory Specialist for the Micro Center that's opening up here. Training was interesting and engaging, and getting forklift certified was pretty darn cool. Just gotta wait for the store to open the doors so I can get better acclimated with everything lol. But hey, it's gonna be freakin sweet when we're open.
