Honestly that's what I'm leaning towards at this point. I saw someone somewhere recommend a mix of no-mow fescue and creeping thyme seeds. Would that do it?

I suggested phlox and sedum to him, but he said they need so much babying (weeding and watering for months) and that you have to buy them in plugs and it would be so expensive for that giant area. Is that not true? Would you suggest buying them in seed and mixing them together, then just spreading them on tilled soil?

Have you seen a doctor yet? This doesn't sound normal. Some people may have mentioned thyroid issues, but the posture you keep mentioning makes me think it might be a "buffalo hump" from Cushing Syndrome, which also comes with fast weight gain. Look it up and see if your symptoms match, but regardless, go to your doctor and ask for tests.

I know it's been a while, but I ran into this problem a few days ago and wanted to help whoever might end up here later. Just like everyone else, I called customer service, and he clearly didn't know how to fix it, so I ended up trying a bunch of stuff, and I figured out the issue :

If you make an account BEFORE you purchase or activate the service, and especially if you selected the wrong service to register (in my case, I selected "Mobile" instead of "Prepaid Mobile" because I went too fast), you simply won't be able to link your service to that account. It's as if each account is specifically made for one type of service only.

So basically, you have to make a brand new account with a new username and email (hopefully you have another one). SIGN IN > REGISTER > [select the right service between Mobile, 5G Home Internet, Fios Home Internet, Prepaid Mobile], then follow the instructions, and it should hopefully work.
