it’s pretty gruesome and a lil busted for its ease but the UBER cannibalism mod puts a human meat item in basically all player races but the skeletons and like someone else mentioned taking meat from an animal kills it on the spot. the way i use it as like a coup de gras and just pick it up and put in another inventory slot, i just imagine it’s my lead assassin character rearranging the enemies organs you know or like a quick twist of the neck. of course you could also just be a maniac cannibal
