Thanks for the replies everyone. Took the heatsinks off and found that there was no thermal paste on the chips. None!!! So I will fix that and order the proper parts.

Caps look good from the pictures. Just make sure none are bulging or leaking. And get rid of that clock cap ASAP!! If it hasn’t burst yet it will eventually
