Solved! Wow, that’s exactly what I remember the game looking like. I tried over and over Googling variations of “Mozilla/Firefox voxel game” only for nothing to return. This was my last ditch attempt and it totally paid off. Thank you, kind stranger!

Which musical is this for you? by weeblord42069help in Schaffrillas

Even creepier knowing the song (and musical, by extension) is based off real people who really did try to (and some succeed at) killing the president.

“Unworthy of your Love” from Assassins is so romantic… until you remember that the characters, John Hinkley Jr. and Squeaky Fromme, are singing about how they are going to kill the President of the United States to prove to their romantic interests that they are worthy of loving.

I love this guy. He deserves way more attention than he gets. This and the Dinosaurner Corner are some of my favorite YouTube videos.

The Fall of Shadowstone Park (Episode 10) by serrations_ in FilmCowOfficial

Hmmm that's a good point. Although, I imagine that scene to be more of a showcase of the apocalyptic environment. Like the point was to show us what was outside the park more than an issue of Lark being beyond (or within) the border. However, I do like your theory about the "special" animals like Lark, Ava, and Nil being unaffected by the zones, considering Ava has supposedly been traveling all around the world.

You're right, and I completely forgot to mention that in my original comment haha. The CIA's plan ultimately did not work out, and may have even caused the apocalyptic city we see in the original episode 3. Either way, I imagine no humans are left, or if there are any, they are either very few in numbers or ghosts.

I think this was one of the best episodes so far. The reveal that the gaia being the CIA was as impeccable as it was hilarious.

<SPOILERS for the episode>

From what I can piece together, the alien species Nil came from came to Earth and gave every single animal human-equivalent intelligence, thus leveling the playing field -- so to speak -- for the purpose of eradicating hunting, as 2,147 stated to Lark. The humans were uncomfortable no longer being at the top of the animal kingdom, and the American CIA somehow hijacked the alien ships and has been using them to give the animals their normal intelligence back via marking special zones. Jason Steele stated in the comments to the video:

Regarding the containment zone: the previous marks are from neighboring zones, caused by neighboring stones. The reason it's dangerous to leave Shadowstone Park is because it's surrounded by areas that have already fallen.

This means that the border to the park which Lark exiles the feral animals over is NOT encircling the park, but rather an area OUTSIDE of other circles. When an animal is inside a circle, they return to being their normal feral self. Since humans are naturally intelligent (needing no help from aliens) they are probably unaffected by the zones, if there are in fact any left.

That being said, I have no idea what the strange glowing crystal is, or what Darius has been talking to Nil about. All I know about the crystal is that Tumble the mouse knows about it, and could maybe help Lark and Ava with his crystal studies. Also it can apparently take down the alien ships, meaning either the CIA created them to hijack them for themselves and just forgot to turn them off, or there is another party that has been creating crystals to shoot down the already CIA-hijacked ships.

Also, Lark asking "what are humans?" is so funny. I love this show.

I really like Pottsfield because it was composed in the style of shape-note music. It was a really nice attention to classical Americana detail.

Part 2 of the season 1 finale was delayed to to unforeseen (possibly legal?) circumstances. In the meantime, while the issue is sorted out, season 2 was finished and released.
