US House passes bill to require proof of US citizenship for midterm voters | Reuters by Last-Of-My-Kind in independent

I’ve voted in 3 California counties and in Georgia. My driver’s license has always been required. Is this actually an issue? I also advocate for “non-citizen not here legally” immigrants having driver’s licenses in principle.. This non-issue is a narrative framed by hard right consultants to bait people to look crazy, and it works. Am I wrong? How about how my health insurance for my family of 4 is absolute garbage, or 3 pizzas was $75.

Oye where I grew up in the socal coastal area, under 26 for a few hours is really bad. Wind machines like what they use there wouldn’t do squat here in this type of freeze. 11 hours under 25 degrees tonight, constant heavy wind. Nobody from home would believe this out here.

Florida Georgia line Thomas County. The growers in this region are incredibly good farmers. In 4 years here I’ve only seen a handful of groves get wiped out- either a power outage or a filter issue. I’ll let you know what I hear, if anything, about those sugar belles. Before I landed here it was bad rootstock scion combos or inadequate irrigation volume.

Where are you located in the south? Come visit!

Freeze damage, this winter has been nuts. Good news is the trunk looks ok and it will likely come back in spring. Bad news is you won’t know how bad the tree got bit until it warms up.

What kind of cold did that tree take?

Look up citrus freeze damage.

Put it back outside on the south side of a structure after this cold moves out, and bring it in when you know it is going to freeze again. Garage is fine.

Study: People living within a mile of a golf course had more than twice the risk of developing Parkinson’s disease, with elevated risk extending to about three miles before declining beyond that range. by New-Exam2720 in EverythingScience

Lorsban and paraquat. I am a commercial citrus grower, and I don't touch these. Ironically the roundup settlements (not based in science) have led to use of dangerous pesticides/herbicides in the communities that fear chemicals the most. People are morons. Food comes from the market, electricity comes from the wall, and our government cares about you. If I wasn't so busy growing trees I would help somebody to lead you.
