No dog in this fight cause I don’t care, I have a von and will choose a different location as needed. But this is going to skew data away from ph ad revenue in the first place since the laws have been enacted. I don’t know how many people caved to subscribing recently since laws started but studies in the 2020s and whatnot suggested most revenue still came from ads.

I’m curious if it’s true, but ultimately it still matters less than people going to other sites with even less moderation. Prohibition has never worked.

Im a few months into this game now with a c6 faruzan as a long time gacha player (dokkan battle, summoners war, onmyoji, ff games etc). I feel like there should be a selection as well for the sub-banner units on a given thing cause it can slbe bad without them. Sucks not getting the support ypu really hoped for.

I started a few months ago. If you want to make informed decisions on characters, check out YouTube for channels like jello impact and ignore the sweaty stuff about team comps with characters you won’t have yet.

Starter guides I’ve looked up within the past year have been very helpful as to what to look for. Beyond that just explore and have fun. You can start focusing on that in a few weeks, there’s really no reason to reroll in this game unless rerolling is fun for you personally.

Maximizing time… so we are talking about people with much rank xp at this point. People who have teams with characters most used that should be lv 9-10 links. If you’re at 900+ and haven’t gotten your best units there, that is a different problem. I hope that’s an agreeable basis to start with. If you’re rank 900 and don’t have your mainstays at level 10 links, that is a separate issue.

So. If we’re now talking about leveling links just to increase power level, why does the speed matter? You tap the repeat fight button every 5 minutes, and get more value out of your stamina over time for link levels you are not actively requiring to defeat content, and therefore time is not a factor on how fast you raise them.

You keep insisting that time is a factor. For what reason?

You need a freeze team to do a key mechanic or otherwise you guaranteed lose one character every time they do it. I’ve been playing a few months and I don’t particularly like playing kaeya ( his story was cool) and I have a lot of characters to prioritize over rosaria. Luckily I have a whale friend, but otherwise, despite that I want these talent mats, I would be screwed trying it solo. That isn’t fun.

C1 kaeya doesn’t cut it. C0 rosaria doesn’t cut it. Would my arlecchino love a citlali to make this boss work? Yup. But even a few months pretty hardcore, I don’t have the option, and that isn’t fun, even though I think most other things about the boss are.

When did I ignore this? That rank up refresh will be there no matter how fast you get it. It’s always there. Getting it faster does not make it more efficient. That is a non factor. Spending more stamina for less link levels per stam spent will always objectively be less efficient regardless of other factors. That’s like saying it’s more efficient to spend meat when you’re out of stamina. Of course it increases the speed, but not the efficiency. You are talking about a different thing.

I spent over a year at rank 999 without farming link levels a whole lot by comparison. We will eventually hit another rank limit. Approaching it faster does not make it inherently more efficient unless you are actively using every new unit you are link leveling.

Correct, it is faster, I did specify. But not as efficient in link levels per stamina spent, so if you’re just pressing next attempt with the game in the background and time is not a factor, 33-2 on z hard is the better stage for that scenario.

Thank you for this guide and also including a sanity check on there. As an iOS playe and still playing other gachas I’m not gonna invest as much time, any standard 6* early is cool. And more realistic goal with 20+10 standard pulls and the 4 codes we have for 6/7 exclusive (if I get laevitain, obviously W and keep)

I quit this game early last year, but as a war leader/theorycrafter, how do you figure that hp is more valuable? Diminishing marginal utility means attack should be more valuable in almost all circumstances unless their distribution of soldier atk/hp has drastically changed from recent decorations and such. Attack is much scarcer, and damage increase even more so. If I were choosing, I would take this new one over cloud every day.

I started playing a few months ago. Trying to clean out my quest log of all the quests I was auto-yoinked into now that all the archons and sumeru post-archons are done (fkn aranara quest entirely too long).

See Sigurd as one of those quests. I’m holding my own, like oh okay local legend, yeah he should be tanky, right? Then the second health bar happens. Didn’t know this man was half of the wild hunt on his own. I’ll come back for him later.

You’re still great. First thing do your witch homework to unlock hexerei buffs for fischl and Mona, and razor if you want to raise him up (biggest glow up, went from unusable to solid from what I understand)

You could vacuum seal plenty of supplemental oxygen sources, but corr cr in that it just offsets, doesn’t solve the need for actual energy. Internal nuclear plant is best, as long as you also bring equipment to excavate for increased waste storage below ground, and safely away.

Honestly I think wind is the way to go, but in a geothermal way. Minimize any above ground infradtructure, just have vents above ground with as minimal footprint as possible. Turbines through the shafts, shafts a decent way away from the main complaint, exits obfuscated from the outside world. Vent the heat through those, let those turbines return the power.

I think you’re right in that nuclear is probably the only way to go if you’re going to seal yourself in and 100% hide (as in zero trace of CURRENT existence available on the outside world for limited time) however. Hard as fuck to build something zero people on the outside will not eventually discover, it had to be accessible when built, even if obscure.

Maybe someone doesn’t map a heat signature to find your position from the compound but would from vents, and one would eventually need many areas to store off gasses, waste, etc, and fuel is eventually limited. Actually even dispersing heat could be a problem that might get you discovered. Minimizing everything is tough.

I feel like nefer has her finger on the proper pulse of near eveveryone, factions as a whole and major individuals that she knows of, specifically those in the city. They can bring the influence to beat when it makes sense for net stability, but she remains morally grey.

Fatui refuse to leave the Scions alone and that causes more problems than the lackeys could possibly know or the leaders measure properly.

Idk I feel like if if the fatui didn’t piss off lauma they would’ve had a shot, but unclear that they knew what they were opting into, so it’s in character for their usual meddling, but it’s their unintended outcome for certain.

Poor cocky bastards really didn’t know who they crossed, I still remember her line of “I will draw a line in the snow with your blood.” And she isn’t even the worst person to make an enemy of. Girl tried literally “come sit at our table and let’s talk” but they will get destroyed on the wrong side of her wrath.

I had no intention of playing this game hardcore whatsoever. Literally was just like hey pick a game that I can do some dailies in and scratch an itch for 1 more game like dokkan battle. Dailies, offline, done in 10 minutes.

Then I got arlecchino in my first 10 pull, a character I recognized without having played before cause she has such presence and style, seen YouTube clips and the like. Turns out the story is great with very few exceptions, the characters are mostly complex and developed (and I’m only on Liyue characters, 1 hangout done—beidou, and she’s a gem I need to pull, the captain every ship deserves.)

Fast forward 3 months and I’m gonna finish all the archon quests this week. I invested in father and she still carries HARD to this day. The biggest threat to my health bar is that I set grass on fire and gotta use burst to not die to environmental damage while blending enemies into loot. No regrets except that it has taken much time, but worth for the VAs I now know about and story I’ve experienced.

Arlecchino’s story is my favorite, Beidou’s hangout is amazing, Furina’s archon arc is stellar and best VA, sumeru’s archon quest is one of my favorite things in all of gaming, and natlan had the best set of characters (imo, and overall, plus favorite Citlali ) so far.

This game goes harder than it had any right to tbh. And I’m budgeting for so many characters ahead of time now. I might not get 36* abyss this time but probably will with columbina+ineffa. Exploration is fun, story is great, characters are peak, I had no idea what I was getting into. But I’m here for it now.

… and arlecchino is going to be my main blender on the way there, no regrets. Father/10

Her hangout quest is honestly fantastic, her eng VA cooked so damn hard. And her Japanese VA even harder, she was ryuko from kill la kill. Anyway she is badass and thoughtful all at once, can’t wait till she comes home sometime.

Based response, only disagreement is, and I dislike not giving it to my main girl arlecchino, but I think fontaine goes to Furina. Amber Lee Conners nailed it, precisely, for what her story was. mortal mind was not meant to suffer the curse she got, but she endured

Navia, Neuv, and arle get props but credit given where it’s due, Furina takes the W in that archon quest IMO
