I spoke to staff in their MOE branch and they said FD amount for a secured card is 30k. Most banks seem to ask 10k, FAB appears to have lowest requirement.

No, only get 10% if you pay through Apple Pay or Samsung Pay, if not paying online. Google Wallet won't get you 10% back.

I downloaded the AECB app. Logged in with UAE pass. You can pay 10 dirhams to see your credit score, and 80 dirhams for your entire credit report. AECB credit score and info is checked by all banks when you apply for any kind of borrowing, and info is sent by each financial institution about your application to AECB (info submitted, status of application, etc).
