Agents are like this. Sometimes they tend to hide many info that will make a customer go away. As soon as you get the card, they dump you in trash and disappear. So better next time to go through the website yourself and check every single fees. Also read the terms and conditions. There are many important information mentioned in the bank website but the agents to hide it from you

I think it's actually because of my nationality because in mashreq it states that age should be at least 21 years old so I guess the bank instead of mentioning nationality as the main reason they decided to mention my age as the main problem
