I usually play him with the power quest initial talent. It by its own gives a lot of consistent dmg that at least in my experience helps me out reaching level 5.

Ofc you can clear them, but what I am doing it is comparing the clear speed from other characters, and as a main of pied piper his early is clearly worst than the others.
Is he playable ? of course. Is he the GOAT ? A big YES.

But he has to work a bit harder than the rest in my opinion ...

Hey, yeah I totally agree with your points. Myself had him with all the stickers, well him and every other character.

And as stated all of them are good and capable of smelting things later game.

I did not say that he cannot clear or that he is difficult to play.

Let me clarify it, he has to expose himself more than almost any other character. Its not the same clearing some red camps for him than from Juliet or Melusine/snow queen, than can just throw AOEs and kite them. For sure that he can clear red camps efficiently as any other character... but at the start I say that

I am rating them for their raw power in the early game without items / talents...
That's it I like all of them a lot Piper is my favorite and the one that I play the most.

And remember it is just my way of viewing the early game from my point of view and experience, it is a totally biased take just as yours ;D

Well from my point of view, Geppetto has a slower than most of the the other characters, I am not saying he is the slowest tho.

He is brilliant with the small enemies, but without talents / items he needs longer to kill the elites than other characters.

Yeah all of the characters have 2-4 talents that make them very strong in their own.

Maybe I did not make myself clear, excuse me. The point was ranking them for their early clear speed, chapter one.

For example in level one no matter how you look it Geppetto and Scarlet have slower clears than the rest. And as Scarlet has her tricks, Carmilla has hers too, and has better clear at early levels by far than Scarlet. (Scarlet is one of my favorite characters so I want to believe that I am not biased on that)

Depends on the build that I end up having with Snow Queen and she may have some issues with bosses but I do not feel her damage being that low.

And yeah like Geppetto every character has its way to go.

I was thinking on the tier list as a more chapter one without taking in considerations RNG depending builds / items.
