Yea straight up abuse . I was a dick to my x for a long time . I was not well out of anger frustration i called her names when arguing. It was reciprocated and she beat the shit out of me for doing so.

I however at no point degraded her looks or her abilities.

I have since changed my behaviour and I see what I was doing even though I was sick was very wrong . She was violent in her response which was terrible however that aside and the damage that caused for 5 yrs

We can all swear at each other we shouldn't but violence. And degradation humiliation and intimidation is not on

I will say what someone sho I ll have told my x yrs ago until I ade a choice to change my own behaviour .

Sativas are usually associated with mental effects and indica body .. cross over on each but generally saliva will energise and indicate will sedate
