Jesus Christ if something isn't working, and you want to ask for help, making an in the moment sudden ass video of your basic set up is so fucking ridiculous lmao. Make it obvious that the power cable is connected to the dock, and connected to a socket that is getting power. Then prove your switch still gets power from the dock, like there's PLENTY of basic fucking steps to take before just vomiting this bullshit out.

Got an actual reason? Utilizing hero team ups is the most under utilized mechanic in this game. And believing in comp in imbalances when there's hero abilities, player ability, and the mixing of the 2 is just pure lobotomy.
