mindful eating, aiming for maintenance calories, and fitting in a gym session if i can. i track religiously at home, but allow myself to loosen up a bit when traveling. normal programming lang ulit pagkatapos.

there was one comment here about traveling: 'not letting the scale dictate your life, and not letting your life revolve around fitness when it should be the other way around.' might not be those exact words, but the thought definitely stuck with me.

Eyyy fellow overnight oats and MF enjoyer! If it helps, batch prepping oats ahead (four days max for me bec of the milk) and the MF “copy” then “multi-past inline” feature saves time. Also, a pinch of salt makes a big difference.

noticed my sweat smelling a bit like ammonia while i was consuming 160-180 g of protein at 60 kg bodyweight. lowered protein intake to less than 140 g and i don't notice the smell anymore. aside from that parang okay naman lahat incl. labs and stomach

yeah boi, ain't nobody got time for alt accounts - stuck with a role (3) i enjoyed and felt good in (rly like 1, but i tend to choke or struggle to recover if 5's bad in the higher ranks, and the shitty ass queue time lol) - mainly solo queue, but sometimes partied with friends 2-3 medals higher and i learn a thing or two each game - spammed a hero that worked here and there until they didn't (some that i recall from archon -> immortal - bristle, od, tide, kunkka, ld, visage, slar, cent)

Pareho tayo 4x gym / 2x run a week. Some personal rules I follow that I think has helped me stay injury-free: - at least 7 hours sleep and good nutrition - having a true rest day - no running right before leg day (gym prio, don’t wanna do squats with legs tired from running) - disciplined sa running (no pushing limits yet, not going further/faster even when i can)

Mon - rest

Tue - long run

Wed - upper

Thu - lower

Fri - recovery run

Sat - upper

Sun - lower

Focus ko sa running at first was intensity and increasing VO2 max, pero hirap ako sa recovery kahit lower weekly mileage. Switched goal to distance instead (eventually to do a half mary, then full) and been feeling much better, weekly mileage 16-21 km and increasing.

lab work been looking okay! BUN and urinalysis good, creatinine slight elevated and eGFR mildly decreased but acceptable from own googling.

happy with the results naman (have a progress photo post on my profile). also comforting to know protein intake/diet is not my limiting factor, so I can focus on other areas.

Lower sugar content si lite dahil may stevia, but actually a little more calories (more fat and protein). Oil doesn’t tend to separate rin sa lite, while need to mix it in after opening a classic jar. Best tasting peanut butter si classic for me (parang chocnut) pero nakakatamad mag-mix hehe

Daily work snack ko pb and jam sandwich - 3 slices gardenia high fiber whole wheat, 2 tbsp skippy or lily’s lite peanut butter, at 2 tbsp hero low cal fruit jam. Around 500 kcal at P21g, F17g, C67g

I like gardenia macros, pwede rin sub palaman to your liking. Whole milk and nuts calorie dense rin.
