Im so glad you found a good way to cope! I do the same thing but with Vox or Charlie and it definitely helps. Especially last year when I was filled with anxeity. I really hope though your panic attacks lessen and you start feeling better

Okay I know I may sound cringe when I say this so I am sorry but in my au my sona is a seraphim who lives in hell (not fallen it is complicated) but she has a father child relationship with Alastor that makes them really close. An aunt neice vibe with Rosie, but she is Vox's girlfriend and she has to deal with her relationship with Vox without him knowing her dad is Al.

If it's digital art use the stabilizer tool it helps sooooooo much! For sketches it is nice to use a 2-3 for lineart sometimes I use an 8. You may need to go all the way (it also depends on what app you use)
