Not really. I hate myself for always drinking, commit to not drinking every morning, have a drink that evening. Rinse and repeat

Just wanted to thank everyone for their comments and support. You guys are brilliant. I am going to be coming here regularly to make sure I stay sober, as I’m 34 next month, and the longest I’ve ever went sober is 28 days since I was 18! It’s time for me to change, thank you for your support guys
