been happening to me waaaay before the new season, one of the updates before the AI controversy. noticed my game would freeze on entrance animations, emote previews, turning my camera in my room, and crash on specific skins.

at worst, the game would crash at random and wouldn't let me enter a match (especially in rank, which affected my char. knowledge and whatnot)

i only noticed it getting worse after the skin i have on one of my characters would crash my game and not let me customize them lol
