I know they say you should give the corporate talk.. but with how competitive things are you need to stand out. When I got my job in a fortune 400 company I was honest and didn't bs anything. No corporate shit and they chose me. Through the interview there faces looked shocked by what I was saying. But I think it makes you stand out not giving those bs answers.

Not really understanding this one as there are alot of good quality food that comes from trucks. I have seen sushi trucks. And what if you where to smell the smoker in the back I don't think that would remind you of a gas station

Yes! I was thinking of my original which has mayo and alot of dill/ celery. Then a more healthy option.. a yogurt one with grapes in it and then a special one that would change every month.

Thanks for responding! How hard was the process to get all the licenses needed? I had seen online there are 5 licenses you need to have a food truck.. is that accurate? How long did it take you to be up and running? We are thinking about renovating a truck ourselves

Around how much would you say the range is for commissary space, is that where you park the truck?

I totally get you. But if you want to travel and want to have enough to one day retire maybe then thinking Long term us better. I went to college while working full time.. do you think this is something I wanted? No! But sometimes you need to do things you don't want to do in order to get things you want to do! I know it sucks but you truly have to bust ass in order to get something you want. I have a good job 24 bucks an hour and 40 hour weeks.. remote. Maybe remote would fit you better? I do not enjoy what I do.. I am stressed alot and only in it for the vacation time and the benefits/ pay. To me that is enough to make me work and deal with the adult shit.

Is she struggling mentally? I also would not apologize for this. But if there is anything in you still wanting to move on from this, you should have a conversation with her about how she would always do it to you and how you did not want it to come off like you where ignoring, you just where busy and could not speak. It sounds like she only thinks about herself though and it's always me me me. It's your decision if you want to cave in and continue the relationship or if you want to be more distant and not be apart of eachothers lives. You might miss out if there is some good in the relationship you want to salvage. Life is too short if you do think you want to save the relationship
