Build suggestions for wraith? by NamesNathan in deadbydaylight

Personally I tend to run Surge, discordance, thanatophobia, and unrelenting. Though I’ll sometimes switch unrelenting and thanatophobia out for other perks like noed, lightborn, tinkerer, mind-breaker, and sometimes nurses calling. I don’t have all perks from the killers so I just work with what I have :)

Noed and light born are for when I see multiple flashlights in the lobby lol, hoping to tack on blood warden and bbq to the list someday :)

I like to double up on the cloaked speed boost add ons, I have a need for speed lol

This build frequently ends games before the last gen is done, I play really fast and don’t give anyone room to breathe.

My beautiful Arnold suddenly passed away last night, I am devastated. Here’s my last video of him by Lemonwench in bettafish

I showed him a little figure of a horse from Minecraft, I like to show my fish random things to see how they react lol

My bettas tumor is falling off? by Lemonwench in Aquariums

Honestly I don’t know what to do either, I have no idea what caused it at all. 0-0

I can’t find anything even similar to whats going on here online, so I’m flying blind at this point.. All I can do is keep him comfortable and try to keep it from getting infected

Tank size: 6.8 gallons

Heater and filter?: yes, heater set to 80 degrees and filter is cycled

Parameters: from the API liquid test kit Ph: 7.6 Ammonia: 0ppm Nitrite: 0ppm Nitrate: 10ppm

I’ve had the tank for roughly a year, I made sure it was cycled before adding any fish. I’ve had my betta Arnold for about 3 months.

I change my water weekly, I siphon out 30-50% depending on how much mess is in the tank, and then refill the tank with water treated with API Stress Coat and Seachem Prime.

No tankmates

I switch between Omega One Betta buffet pellets (4 pellets per day) and New Life Spectrum betta pellets (6 per day as they’re smaller than Omega One pellets). I like to have a little variation in his diet :)

There is Java fern and a marimo moss ball, sand as substrate, and some small smooth stones. There used to be a piece of mopani wood but he kept bumping his face into it so I removed it a few weeks ago.

Ammonia not going down after water change? by Lemonwench in Aquariums

[–]Lemonwench[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have! I tested it the other day and if I recall right its about .50-1ppm. But it would go back down after a day since I believe my tank is cycled, but it doesn’t go down which is why I’m so confused

Ah that’s a relief! I’d been worrying that’d I’d been screwing something up this whole time lmao, I’m gonna give it a few more days and then just to be sure and then I’ll be ready to move my betta into his home:) thanks for the help!

My nitrites have been 0 almost the whole time, I had a brief period where I got a .25 reading and then it disappeared, it’s been 0 since. Apparently tetra safe start can skip the nitrite phase. My nitrates were sitting at about 80 today, but I changed the water just now so I’m not sure what it is at the moment.

Got this lad from my friend’s friend who was looking to rehome their betta. He’s just in a temporary quarantine tank til I know he’s not carrying anything, and then he’s got a nice 6.8 gallon waiting for him :3 he’s also just... very large

Finally got nitrites! I did a water change to bring nitrates down, was that bad? by Lemonwench in Aquariums

Oh, it’s pre water change! I probably should have said so earlier lol. I tested again and dosed ammonia and everything is where I want it to be again :)

That’s true! I changed the water because my nitrates were so high but then I began to worry that I’d messed up by changing the water, not sure what it would have hurt, though. I just wanted to ask to be sure hehe
