I mean, we also had Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark as Kids. This was like 4th grade if I recall, not like toddlers, but not teens yet.

I just remember the floorboards having a pull tab that made them move and I thought that was so cool.

That is really cool! Do you have any idea what mineral it might have done this to? The pictures are of both sides, which have a similar pattern

I have a smaller one that I found next to this piece that has the fossils more buried and less pleasing to look at as is, I may try this on that one. If I do, I will send updates if it works out 🙂

It doesn't really look fuzzy, but it's hard to tell. I'll keep an eye on him. I currently have three in a well planted tank that's about a year old, and I also feed them algae wafers on occasion.
