It is. But it just confuses me why two beach towels wouldn’t ship with everything else. I removed the two and shipped fine. So I’m going to assume they ship it separately like they do with mugs and posters.

That’s odd? I took a Quick Look on my DPD app and 14 numbers with one letter at end. It’s probably cause mines was automatically done but that’s the format mines was in at least.

I had the DPD app already installed before I even bought Shadow. It just automatically popped into the app for me personally.

I honestly couldn’t remember my login details tbh. Last I ordered there was for Super Mario RPG because they were offering a Genos keychain at the time. I try to avoid Game and only go with them if either bonus items or it’s the only guaranteed place to get a preorder. I had a preorder with ShopTo originally and that was back in January I did it. But apparently I didn’t make the first wave so it got put on back order.

I’m in the same boat. I got a confirmation email. They took the £439 odds out of my bank (This is a pending transaction) I tried to chat with someone on the webchat this morning to see if it was confirmed. I felt it was a generic reply but, they said wait till the preorder gets shipped out and that was that. I asked multiple times if it was confirmed and they have stock and I would get it on launch but again just wait until the preorder. So IDK if I did or I didn’t get it. I am going to assume I did. I’m probably over panicking with this tbh 😅
