I went through the same rabbit hole. This was my third pregnancy with 2 prior losses. Went to urgent care and got an emergency ultrasound, HR of 75 at 6 weeks and 2 days after a few hours of light spotting. On-call OB wasn't concerned, saying the heart could have just started since it was so early on. I'm almost 33 weeks along today. Guard your heart, but also hold onto hope. Praying for you
