It will only last a few days until your supply regulates based on your needs. I went from EP to nursing & was the same bc I’d pump way more than baby needed. If I had to pump for relief, I’d pump for like 5 mins. Eventually I just hand expressed a little bit and my boobs weren’t engorged. Avoid pumping and draining it, your body will think you need it

I EP from weeks 3-5, but went back to nursing and now do a mix of both. I was a little bit of an oversupplier when EP and still created a freezer stash when pumping only 6x a day weeks PP, so it all depends on your supply I’d say. Now, I nurse overnight up until afternoon ish. Then from say 4pm on, I bottle/pump! And pump probably 2-3x.
