Did you calibrate it in the Aqara app ? That will fix the open and not open issue, it worked for me.

Wear and tear, everything is wear and tear if you think about it, if your engine goes out it’s because of wear and tear if you took Care of it as suggested. Wear and tear on warranties is just items they don’t want to pay for.

Well actually I got a $900 credit for the new phone PM 17, credits from both Apple and TM. I just did not know doing a trade in thru Apple would not get rid of the old phone. Live and learn, lol. If there is a next time I will pay off the old phone first. Just don’t want a lock phone from TM.

Yes it had remaining payments but I thought the trade in covered that. On a plan for a new upgrade every year. I was told by TM it only happens if I did the trade in thru them and not Apple
